The management comprises of a group of 5 young, energetic and like minded friends- a Business Administrator and 4 Doctor buddies, joined hands with fusion hospitality group from hyderabad to provide quality entertainment to fun lovers. The Team

Fusion Hospitality Private Limited (FHPL) is one of the few success stand-alone hospitality stories of Hyderabad and is promoted by celebrated Chef and Restaurateur Shankar Krishnamurthy and Arvind Kaila. FHPL today has its presence in the Retail Restaurant Business as well as with Corporate Banqueting.

It manages a chain of restaurants in Hyderabad, that showcase the diversity of global culinary delights. Each of the restaurants is unique and dynamic.

The common thread uniting all FHPL outlets is an emphasis on excellent food, superior service, and genuine value. FHPL's greatest strength is its people, beginning with Chef Shankar, each contributing expertise to different aspects of the business

Rajesh the managing director and the back bone of fusion9 chennai, is an MBA & Law graduate from the UK.

His passion is cooking which he imbibed during his UG days, thanks to his best of friends and roommates from Catering department.

He himself is an excellent cook. He started developing serious interest in starting his own food and beverage chain and was working on the project for a while.

He is easily known for his passion for food and knowledge about various international recipes. Excellent with operations and well know for his dedication to his work & event management.

Raj is a reputed practicing Surgical Gastroenterologist & Obesity surgeon in Chennai. He has travelled extensively to experience the taste of east and west.

He is a keen observer with plenty of innovative ideas. His business association runs across different industries including healthcare, tourism, hospitality, designing, educational, etc.

An out of the box thinker, is known for his provocative thoughts and futuristic ideas, adds value to the team

Mukesh, is a full-time Radiologist from Chennai. Hailing from an elite business family, business acumen & ideas come naturally to him.

With his great communication skills, got his own range of business contacts and niched a name of his own so early in his career. A natural foodie, his skills also lie in his taste buds.

An excellent food enthusiast & a regular eat out personnel, always wanted to start his own eatery & dreamt about owning the best restaurant in the city.

Ramu, is a practicing consultant Hospitalist in the United States. Though out of the country for more than 10 years, is a regular to India with strong roots in Chennai.

Another food enthusiast and an excellent critic, his strength lies in swift judgment of situations.

A street smart doctor, has in-depth knowledge about hospitality industry. Not only his stature, but his ability to do man management too stands tall. A go-getter and a smooth player, he will be anybody’s choice for a successful partnership firm.

Prem, is a practicing senior laparoscopic surgeon in Chennai. Coming from an IPS family, punctuality and discipline comes so naturally to him.

Another foodie in the team, would travel anywhere to have a good bite. Well known for his cool, calm and ever smiling nature, you hardly find him lose his nerves.

A sweet-heart amongst the team members and the society alike, is the pillar for our strength and unity in our organization. Charms anybody with his malignant smile and innocent looks. A thorough bread team player.

Chef Prabakaran completed his diploma in Hotel Management & Catering Technology at MGR Institute Chennai.

Started his career with the Residency Coimbatore and worked in Maldives and ONE AND ONLY ROYAL MIRAGE in Dubai, which has given him a global experience and cater to the expectation of our esteemed guests.

Chef Raja has 12yrs of experience in hospitality industry, worked with highly rated 5star chains in India and USA( CRUISE LINER). A specialist in latin American, Italian, continental and Asian cuisine.

A Graduate of Asan Memorial- ChennaI, started his career with Residency Coimbatore and thereafter worked in the middle east in Oman and Dubai with ATLANTIS THE PALM. with more than 10yrs of global experience.

A diploma student from EMPEE Institute ,Chennai having 8 years of experience in hospitality industry and a localite with good exposure to hotels in Chennai. Well exposed in handling banquet and speciality restaurant operations.

A stylish and passionate bar tender. You can often find him busy inside the bar with his flair work. learnt flairing and mixology from the world no. 1 flair bartending school FLAIR MOTION based in LONDON.

Has 6 years of experience.Worked for hotels like Taj Krishna and various pubs and night clubs in Delhi and Hyderabad.

Completed his Bsc hotel management from Shevaroys Institute Of Hotel Management. Started his career with Chola Sheraton and worked for Zaras .A professional bar tender with 5 years of experience has in-depth knowledge in various cocktails and mocktails.
